What we keep

• Account: name, email and password (stored as an irreversible hash).
• Session: IP address and browser identification, used to tie the session to the device and to detect improper access.
• Servers: settings, usage metrics (CPU, memory, players) and the console log.
• Payment: handled by Stripe. We do not store card numbers on our servers.
• Audit: a record of relevant actions on the account (login, creating and removing servers, changing settings, denied access attempts).

Why we keep it

To run the service, bill correctly, provide support and protect your account against unauthorised access. We do not sell data and we do not use your information for third-party advertising.

For how long

Account data for as long as the account exists. Audit records for up to 180 days. Server metrics for 24 hours. Console for up to 2,000 lines per server. When you close the account, data is removed within 30 days, unless we are legally required to retain it for tax purposes.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, export or deletion of your data at any time through support. You can end active sessions yourself under My account.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies: the session one (to keep you logged in) and the language one. We do not use advertising tracking cookies.
